Gather and analyze requirements and business processes
- Prepare fit gap analysis between the business needs and the ERP features
- Prepare blueprints and solution design on top of Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Accounting, Payroll etc...)
- Review client’s existing business operations and recommending improvements
- Act as the main contact with the client during project implementation, providing technical and business advice in project meetings
- Conduct meetings with the stakeholders of client's departments to identify the current processes and business needs
- Handle documentation for project charter, project plan, business requirements (BRD), system requirements specifications (SRS), weekly and monthly project status reports, change request forms (CR), user acceptance plan and use cases (UAT), end-user and training materials etc...
