As Head of Retail collection, am a key member advising the CRO on matters pertaining to Credit Risk, Operation Risk, Policy & procedures.
Provide risk based advisory services to the management and staff in the context of internal audit work. Work independently under general direction with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgment & apprise management on all key risk (strategic, financial & operational) issues peratining to functioning of the Consumer Banking Division.
Carry out risk based performance, financial and compliance audit for all divisions in the bank as per the approved internal audit methodology.
Responsible for drafting audit programs & audit plan for all future requirements. Offer major inputs to development of the annual internal audit plan as well as the training, coaching and supervision to Internal Audit staff.
Currently assigned to a collection project to stem increasing provisioning in the Retail portfolio.
Officiated as an integral member of the Collection Strategy team formulating core Collection strategy for effective reduction of delinquent stock & losses. Was officiating as a strategy SPOC, in Cost rationalisation & Hiring, projects.
Was the sole owner of the loss and provision settlement process wrt to settlement losses, loss reserving and other key metric driven by the same.
Was officiating as the Recovery lead for North, East & West- India, in doing so I had a span of managing more tahn 50 locations

Bachelor of Commerce. This is a 3 year programme after high school. While pursuing this course, I had also completed Intermediate level in Costing.
