Responsible for handling and supervising all accounts/finance activities of our all companies. Responsible for physical stock keeping accurately. Responsible for preparing costing sheets of products. Responsible for preparing & processing payroll. Managing all purchases for our all companies. Responsible for preparing VAT returns on a quarterly basis & preparing corporate returns accounts for all our companies. Responsible for preparing accumulated financial report on a weekly basis. Managing all companies treasury and bank operations. Admin Responsibilities Managing lease agreements, medical & facility insurances, responsible to manage all PRO responsibilities
(issuance, renewal & cancellation of visas), supervise the maintenance of office, factory areas, equipment and facilities. Supervise
logistics to ensure smooth deliveries to customers and maintaining filing system.
Maintaining books of accounts and coordinate with compliance regarding accounts issues.
Responsible for accounting of brokerage firms & each trade.
Responsible to review & post supplier invoices and verifying supplier payments with supporting invoices & LPOs of gold refinery.
Preparation and analysis of financial reports from time to time requested by the Manager.
Responsible to follow up inward remittances & prepare outward TTs, International creditor's payments.
Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational, margin calls and treasury requirements.
Establish strong banking relation with relationship managers and their teams to ensure smooth movement of daily transactions.
Maintain general accounting of daily transactions, supplier payments, customer invoices.
Managing quotations, LPO, customer balance clearing.
Making production report for factory and update the inventory
Bookkeeping, Ledgers Control, Bank and Cash Reconciliation
Manage Payroll and Cost Control
Manage Accounts Receivables and Payable ledger
