Initiate Internal Work Inspection Request (WIR) prior to invite Consultant for checking and approval.
Coordinate with the Erection Team to resolve Quality issues.
Ensures that work is carried out and executed as per approved drawings, specifications and material submittal sheets.
Receiving and Checking Work Inspection Request to confirm attachments are as per the approved
Carrying out final Inspection with the consultant for closure of Work Inspection Request raise by site construction team.
Ensuring the proper description of all submitted WIR for verification of quality documentation prior to execute the Inspection in every discipline.
Prepares Permit to Work (PTW) to be issued for Sub-Contractors prior to the commencement of works to be Carried out;
Ensuring the availability of resources required to do the work.
Review and provide Comments on Method statement and ITPs submitted by Sub-Contractor prior submission to Project Management Team.
Ensuring the effective Implementation of this procedure
Initiating IRs for Civil, Architectural & Structural works that has been carried out
Following up the Project Management team (Consultant) on Site observations till Final closing.
Receiving and Checking Material delivery on site to confirm as approved brands and supplier by the consultant.
Supervise daily work activities which has been carried out by sub-contractors if conforms as per the approved shop drawing.
Manage Project Quality Plan and Documentation that conforms Qatar Construction Specification.
Manning the closure of NCR that the Consultant address to the identified violation during execution of the works.
Carrying out the IR’s, testing and preparing the verification (Inspection forms) documentation according to the latest approved QCPs and ITPs
Collecting Main Contractor signature on inspection and test documents;
Submission of completed documents to the discipline QC Engineer;
Participating in the scheduled Site Quality Walkthroughs;
Reporting Site Observations to the discipline QC Engineer; and
Verifying the effective Implementation of correction, corrective / preventive actions to address identified QC issues.
Ensuring that the QCPs and ITPs are available prior to start of work as per the project Quality deliverables schedule.
Verifies, review all quality documents and Test reports pertaining to quality requirement stipulated in the Project Specification & Project Quality Plan.
Conduct pre-inspection / Inspection of Material receiving inspection(MRI) for structural works of reinforce concrete & structural steel, Architectural & civil works
Ensure all shop/detailed drawings are approved & with compliance on Quality standard requirements of Saudi Aramco.
Initiate RFI for Material receiving Inspection (MRI) on the Saudi Aramco Quality Management Inspection System (QMIS) for Final approval of the Project Inspection Division.
Ensure all Materials Delivered meets the Quality requirements and conforms with ASTM
Raised Internal NNC, Standard violations and pro-active notification
Performs quality check and evaluate all incoming materials delivered by sub-contractor that will be used in construction. Coordinate with the Saudi Aramco Project Management Team to resolve Quality issues.
Reporting to senior Qc Engineer if No QC supervisor of his trade assigned in site.
Coordinates with Qc Site Manager Frequently.
Verifies methods for testing, Instrument calibration and evaluation for performing designated inspection and testing.
Ensures that the QC documents/record like drawing, report, submittals are kept in order and made readily accessible. QMS related documents such as forms and procedures are kept updated and available.
Maintains communication with the Site Project Manager, Pilot, sub-contractor and consultant in order to ensure adequate process capability and information feedback.
Coordinates /deals directly to site management and sub-contractor to identify deficiencies.
Ensures that work is carried out and executed as per drawings, specifications and material submittal sheet.
Establishes liaison with the consultant’s representative on quality related matters and make available upon request, copies of documentation and tests performed.
Issues non-conformance report that does comply with contract document. Report any work disagreement his immediate service manager.
Ensures that all materials and equipment installed on site or fabricated off-site conforms to the contract documents or MSS.
Review test procedures, coordinates and agree with the consultant on test date.
Assumes the logging of non-conforming works and the corrective action procedure and report on such concerned Site Manager.
Ensures that all openings related to his service, above false ceilings are properly sealed and fire zoning is not infringe
Ensures that the newly revised documents carry the latest revision number, date, status and that all superseded documents are kept separately for future reference.
Ensures that as- built information is recorded daily on QC copy of the drawing.
Follows up on Reserve List MO) with the SM, Sub-contractor and the FMD Facilities and
Management Department Division and ensures lifting valid points,
Attends projects hands- over to the client representative and/or FMD division.
Prepares Monthly report and discuss pending issues to supervisor.
Ensuring all necessary resources needed for carrying out QC is available at site.
Initiate Internal Inspection prior to raise IR for Civil, Architectural and structural work.
Ensuring the quality plan, projects procedures and contractual technical specification are being implemented through testing procedures according to standard codes and client requirements.
Ensuring that all measuring and test equipment at site are calibrated in good working condition and calibrated certificate are maintained.
Ensuring that any confirmed non-conforming works are clearly identified reported and done according to the approved NCR procedures.
Check all materials and equipment delivered at site in compliance with approved submittals and project specification.
Implementation of the Quality policies defined in this procedure and for ensuring that the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard are implemented and maintained
Prepare Inspection Test Plan QA/QC procedure standard and QA/QC Forms applicable to the requirement of the project.
To execute the task delegate in a manner that complies with the objective and strategies of civil work department. To initiate and complete any action to fulfill the above responsibilities in charge in the implementation of earthworks civil work and pipe laying.
To see to it that workmanship and materials shall comply with the approved drawing and technical Specification.
Prepare schedule for the requirement of the materials and equipment needed in the implementation.
Make Quality in the field prior to request for inspection to the consultant ensure all work is carried out in safe manned in compliance with project safety manual.
Responsible in furnishing daily activity, weekly and monthly Progress report
Manning the preparation of acquiring different working permits
Supervised workers in their daily activities such as the fabrication of footing Frame and other related task.
Estimates volume of concrete poured in lean concreting of footing foundation.
To execute the task and complete any actions to fulfill the duties and responsibilities.
Scheduling of work manpower loading and scheduling of equipment ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner in accordance with the Philippine Standard.
