Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide coordination on Architectural works related construction design drawings and related issues during the course of projects as and when required.

Maintain an overview of entire project progress, quality control and safety review on general construction practices accepted by standard code of practices, while continuing to attend to all technicalities review related to the project.

Key Accountabilities Responsibilities Review the tender & IFC drawings and discrepancies to be reported to PM RE of the project. Any constructability issues to be identified and reported. Any Request for Information related to specification, drawings, etc to be raised with the proposed solutions for confirmation from PM RE concern party.

Attend the factory visits, witness third party tests.

Review and comment on the Contractor material submission, shop drawings, record drawings, as built drawings, method statements, ITPs, 0&M manual, as per contract documents.

Attend inspection request and release the comments on the same day.

Assist QS in monthly payment certification.

Assist PM and QS in drafting related Site Work Instruction. Support the team to advice on the impacts.

Coordinate with other trade disciplines for smooth project progress.

Assist PM RE Sr trade discipline in coordinating with the design team as and when required especially for confirming RFI responses.

Assist in preparing Client project reports.

Support the organization as required utilising the self multi skill knowledge awareness.

Provide lessons learnt during the project closure.

Inspect and prepare snag list and do continuous follow up with the concern to close the issued snag.

Routine inspections to be carried out to ensure that the Contractor is executing the project as per the contract requirement Issue CAR or NCR in consultation with REPM as and when non-compliance is noted.

Actively participate in technical and progress meetings as requested by PMRE.

Continuously follow up and do all necessary for obtaining all statutory approvals for the project development by attending related seminars, technical workshops.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Performs the review of Plans and Specifications of Architectural, Interior Design, Structural and other trades such as Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary, Fire Protection, Site Development and Landscaping as to its completeness and constructability to minimize change orders/ variation orders & claims from Contractors.

Monitors the contractor interfacing and coordination as necessary for all aspects of the PROJECT.

Monitors the construction WORKS in progress for compliance with drawings, specifications, and CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.

Clarifies technical problems, coordinating their resolution with the ARCHITECT/ ENGINEER/ CONSULTANTS and OWNER as required;

Conducts acceptance inspection for the inspection for the OWNER and preparing completion of known defects (punch list) and following up on remedial works;

Discusses and implement the necessary Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Programs to ensure compliance by all CONTRACTORS and VENDORS with drawings, specifications, and CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.

Supervises and arrange the inspection, testing and acceptance of all materials (including OWNER furnished) before the materials are utilized in the PROJECT.

Full time site inspection of works to ensure conformity with plans and specifications and related documents. Report non-conformance and resolve design issues immediately.

Records all approved deviations and review the AS-BUILT plans which shall be prepared by the CONTRACTORS prior to final drafting. These shall be in corporated in the original drawings and handed over to the OWNER.

Duties & responsibilities:

In charge in architectural coordination, monitoring, site quality inspection of all exterior and interior architectural finishes.

Checks and supervises the preparation of architectural shop drawings in coordination with other trade design such as Structural, MEP and Landscape.

Checks and reviews Architectural working drawings and details for proper execution of works during construction.

Visits the site of work to supervise, inspects and evaluates the SubContractors and Construction Works and where necessary, clarifies any decision, offers interpretation of the drawings/specifications, ensures the project proceeds generally in accordance with the conditions of contract, keeps the Client informed and renders advice on actions through Project Manager.

Checks, monitors and coordinates status of shop drawings, materials, specifications and schedule of quantities sufficient to prepare estimate of cost and tender documents including code of practice covering aspects like mode of measurement, method of payments, quality control procedures on materials & works and other conditions of contract.

Checks and monitors Architectural drawings necessary for Client's approvals and ensures compliance with specifications and standards, as applicable.

Monitors project progress and advises action to meet the schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Checks the materials delivered and its workmanship. Reports any deviation or seemed contrary to the plans and specifications as against any accepted engineering standards taking into consideration the interest of the Client in terms of quality, economy and time.

Prepares, understands and interprets architectural interfacing plan, construction plans, specifications and other contract documents.

Monitors the implementation of architectural works and ensures conformity with architectural lay-outs as shown in the plans through close physical inspection during the execution of works as coordinated with other trades. Checks the completed activities if it is in compliance with the required standard quality and records accomplishment. Issues corresponding memorandum for non-conforming works to effect appropriate rectification/corrective measures.

Assists in the preparation of progress reports on architectural works of the project and maintains records of changes and field notes. Prepares necessary correspondence, daily inspection report and punch lists. Prepares recommendations on approval of progress payments and change orders.

Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
