-Carried out electrical construction ( fabrication), installation, preservation, precommissioning test and commissioning works up to Start Up of F28DR-A Project Offshore Oil & Gas Platform (Topside) at OFFSHORE MIRI, SARAWAK, EAST MALAYSIA. Also include the preparation of testing / commissioning / switching procedures, design ( FEED) review, Red Line marking, jobcard, schedules for the Generators, Main Switchboard, UPS System, Battery Systems, Heaters, Protection Relays, Main Incomer Breakers, and all other associated Electrical systems.

-Supervised and also hands on involvement in all electrical activities carried out at Offshore. Involvement in FAT / SAT works and procedures. Carrying out the energization of Heaters as per the preservation package of the equipments in accordance to vendor advise.

-Coordination with Construction team and also with the Operations in receive and handover work after punchlist clearance. Also carried out Electrical HUC works with PDG for temporary power supply acquirement.

-Decision making on the site technical queries (STQ) in coordination with the Electrical Package Engineer and appointed consultant.

-Carried out switching / commissioning, synchoronization activities of electrical systems as Competent Electrical Engineer ( Competent Electrical Person) at Offshore

-Prepared maintenance / shutdown procedures, Electrical HUC, commissioning / switching procedures, PM checklist & schedules, logsheets, servicing work pack, vendor ITB documents, safety documents and carrying out inspection works. Used the MAXIMO ( CMMMS) for the execution of PM / CM works and materials purchasing. Also carried out Electrical Project Works onboard Offshore Platform such as Heater Installation Works, UPS modification works and etc.

-Carrying out technical evaluation of Contractors / Vendors and familliar with International Technical Standards ( IEC, IEE and PTS)

-Supervised the Electrical Technician & Chargeman with daily / routine maintenance work and also fault finding / trouble shooting of Electrical Systems.

-Supervised Contractors in carrying out the major servicing works of 3.3KV Gas Turbine Generator, HT distribution System, Transformers, VCB, VCU & Motor, ACH, UPS Sytems and all other associated components of the system. Carried out offshore shutdown / recommissioning works, electrical hook up, safety switching, hands on involvement in the servicing works and testing.
