Handling the end-to-end Hub Operations and processing the day-to-day shipments.
• Monitoring of all the operations activity like Inbound, Outbound and Dock operations
• Managing the First mile and Mid Mile shipments and B2B major clients like Flipkart,
Amazon, Bosh, Volvo, ABB, TATA, ITC etc
• Managing of assigned hubs with multiple zones by handing of team leaders and fleet
coordinators
• Take care of gateway operations like route mapping, line haul operations, air and surface
connections.
• Follow the SLA and implement the new strategies like 5s and FLMS to driving of the hub
metrics and assigned KPI’s
• Identify gaps & implement of processes, optimize existing processes for smooth functioning
of the logistics operations.
• Assist & solve problem/troubleshoot in all operation related issues, concerns.
• Supervise & drive the coordination & implementation of projects pertaining to operations
which show impact on metrics
• Prioritize the line and haul vehicles for shipments which includes key clients and make sure it
would be reach on time.
• Shorting shipment route wise and Zone wise send and making connect trying to update 100%
FSD (functional Specified Documents) to work smoothly
• Devise SOPs, policies and assist in the implementation of tools for safety/compliance of team
as per authority guidelines
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and implement mechanisms to ensure cross-functional
alignment and addressing escalations, execution of cross products such as Shipment cross
utilization.
• Coordinate with next level on special projects and new initiatives, product intervention
testing deployments
• Handling the team of 70 and coordinate with HR team to fix the manpower for zone.
• Work on collating data for assigned hubs/clusters, presenting a summary at hub level in form
of weekly/monthly/quarterly updates on projects & performance progres
Supply chain, Demand & Supply, Logistics, Inventory Management, 3PL, Invoicing, , Warehouse Coordination, Vendor management, Billing of Lading, Routing & Planning.
Responsibilities:
Planning and managing Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation and Customer Services Directing, Optimizing and Coordinating full Order Cycle.
•Responsible for entire Supply chain activities like purchase based on sales department like raising PO, Planning, Warehouse Coordination, Logistics Quote, Transportation and Vendor Relationship Management.
•Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation customer services, plan routes and process shipments
•Include effective leadership of a medium size team, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stake holders ensuring corporate standards of supply chain are maintained and improved.
•Check Purchase and Sales order for the company sales division, Special order information, Pricing Quotations and information shipping, payment and e-pay links.
•Identify and communicate real or potential material supply chain issues; initiate corrective actions, coordinate across functional boundaries and follow up to resolution
•Executes planning system (S&OP) work list and reacts on exceptions in order to adjust or execute net demand responsible for execution of all supply chain cycle across all the entire for planning of inventory stock based on sales number and WMS.
•Establish and maintain safety stock and inventory balances appropriate to meet demand requirements but at lowest feasible levels. Initiate and determine disposition of excess, obsolete and slow-moving inventories.
•Pro-actively notifying the customer about their back order and expedite them at the earliest
•Meet the productivity level and achieving the TAT that is assigned with adhering and maintaining the quality parameters and timeless targets.
•Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implementation improvements
Buyers, Sourcing & Purchase, Corporate Gifting, E-solutions, Inventory Management, PO process Logistics Management RFP, RFI, and RFQ.
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for all sourcing and purchasing related activities for assigned commodities to support sales to customer.
•Planning of materials, procurement of materials, Development of new vendors,
•Vendor Location and identification on basis of cost reduction, Quality & on time delivery.
•Ensure time deliveries and quality parts from supplier and optimize inventory in anticipation of sales to customers.
•Observe all procedural and documents required for purchasing and Price negotiation with the vendors and follow up to meet Customer deadline.
•Good knowledge in material management involving material planning scheduling also Coordinate all in house rework between purchasing and logistics Support.
