Main duties include:

• Leading, developing and mentoring Staff

• Working with senior management on Business development and resource management

• Controlling projects from start to finish

• Clients and Stakeholders liaison

• Front end design work

• Preparation and delivery of client presentations

• Preparation, management and coordination of Concept, Prelim and Detail Design information

• Management of the design team

• Use of latest computer software such as Revit, photoshop, CAD, 3D Max, sketchup and InDesign

• Involvement with Value Engineering

• Site Inspections and Construction Support

• Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction

• Coordinating with contractors and other professionals

• Assisting with bid proposals and presentations

• Liaising with local authorities and reparation of applications for planning and building control departments

• Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines

• Contract administration (Traditional and Design&Build procurement)

- Coordinating with contractors and other professionals
- Supervise the work of external 3D Visualisers

- Contract administration (Traditional and Design&Build procurement)

Assisting team leaders with all aspects of design, sketching, drafting and presentation work.
