Key responsibilities:
• Manage design development from Concept stage to IFC issuance.
• Managing design consultants (Arch., ID, Landscape, Structure, MEP and QS).
• Work closely with Executive Director and Project Director, utilizing extensive architectural
experience to ensure all design and strategy packages are reviewed and approved by
Sr. Management and Departments before submitting for approval.
• Ensure all design packages are comprehensively reviewed and any design/construct-ability issue
are identified and resolved through consultation with counterparts on Urban Development (UD)
and Projects teams.
• Coordinate with all Departments to ensure that their specific review comments and
recommendations are addressed, incorporated and closed out in the respective deliverable with
appropriate sign-off by all parties.
• Provide support, including technical guidance, planning and logistical information, to UD for design
competition bids and tenders.
• Provide support to leasing department with implementation studies and asses implications.
• Managing tenders stage and attend tender meeting.
• Tenant’s requirement coordination and assess time/cost implications.
• Coordination with Retail Design Delivery Team.
• Managing issuance and review of Tenant LOD.
• Attend coordination meeting and reporting to Directors and Senior Managers on progress.
• Review and approval of VOs and fees assessment.
• Review and approval of material schedule, Material boards and FF&E.
• Review and approval of SMAF.
• Review of building mock-ups on site

• Attend both design and coordination meetings throughout the duration of the project;
• Review and approve detailed working drawings and shop drawings;
• Preparing and implementing design criteria for client presentation and proposal packages;
