OPERATIONS:
1.1 All task undertaken with the end goal in mind which is succeeding the budgeted figures for the GFS and maximizing all revenue streams
1.2 Working up to finalization of accounts (Passing Journals, Posting, Allocation of expenses, adjusting entries to clear the accounts & all account related data entries
1.3 Clearing the disputes from clients, if there is any
1.4 Calculating the cost price for the shipments coming
1.5 Submit report to Finance Department if required
1.6 Updating fixed asset entry and preparation of monthly depreciation
1.7 Performing payroll, Leave dues, & Gratuity preparation
1.8 Monthly closing the stocks Inventory
1.9 Coordinating with the Storekeeper for any returned goods & expired goods & written off from stock list
1.10 Monthly following up for the Receivables ( cheque collection & bank transfer) from clients
1.11 Preparing Monthly Cost & Revenue Reports
1.12 Arranging Petty Cash Bundles & Closing it month wise
1.13 Coordinating with Admin team for any disputes like Rate difference in Invoices, Items returned by clients, (Issuing Debit & Credit notes if required)
1.14 Verification of all accounts documents & sales invoices for accuracy & completeness
1.15 Coordinate with IT consultant if there is any problem with computer Software's & hardware's
1.16 To act as a senior member of the team and lead and coach other positions
1.17 Has a product knowledge

OTHER DUTIES:
2.1 Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to GFS grooming standards
2.2 Provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
2.3 Maintain good working relationships with clients
2.4 Comply with local legislation as required
2.5 Respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of GFS
2.6 Be flexible and extend job duties to conduct any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned
2.7 Attend training and meetings as and when required
2.8 Support the office with all visas/travel arrangements
2.9 Coordinate company events and meetings
