 Conducts preliminary interview for permanent positions
 Recruits temporary promoters on a project-based requirement
 Manages the program’s deployment plan
 Manages supervisor in charge in conducting required trainings and in deploying qualified promoters for AdHoc promotions inside malls, supermarkets or in any special event inside UAE
