Monitoring & Inspection of the construction activities and materials, Technical submittal, mock-up (samples), RFI (Request for design quires), As Built (Red lining), Method statement, control of NCR’s and records.
Monitoring & Inspection with subcontractor Megger testing of LV cables, Inspection of Cable Termination torque test, testing & commissioning and functional test for all electrical and low currents system.
Involved with (FAT) Factory Acceptance Test and whiteness for long lead items.
All low current system installation and Material inspection for EIB (lighting control), Public address, access control, Fire alarm, BMS, leak detection, Parking, Audio/Visual, CCTV, data system and Grounding system. Material Receiving, installation and Inspection of M.V Switch Gear, M.V Power Transformer, Cable Bus, L.V Switch Gear, Motor Control Canter, Dry type Transformer, Panels and, Battery charger, etc.
