Responsible for snaglist for both civil, electrical and mechanical aspects. To implement/assist Planned Preventative Maintenance activities for all machine/equipment especially to major equipment like chillers, cooling tower, pumps, etc. And proper machine and equipment status documentation. Also responsibilities include: carpentry and plumbing work repair and renovation, etc. Other activities that may assigned from time to time whenever possible.
