· Ensure the client’s healthy lifestyle.
· Providing fitness training by analyzing client’s fitness level by instructing the proper fitness program.
· Monitoring the diet, muscle progressing and fitness level of the client.
· Assess clients strength and weakness and create customized everyday workout plan.
· Conducting boxing classes, circuit training and core training.
· Teach and demonstrate proper use of training equipment such as trampolines and weights.
· Administer emergency first aid, wrap injuries, treat minor chronic disabilities, or refer injured clients to physicians.
· Confirms patient identity and perform patient registration.
· Establish proof of exposure to positive patients thru proper contact tracing.
· Screen and evaluate patient s signs and symptoms.
· Practices proper infections control measures and wears appropriate personal protective equipment.
· Visits home, workplace and schools and perform COVID 19 specimen collection (nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swab) from patients.
· Secures proper packaging and transport of COVID 19 specimen.
· Performs other task that maybe required by the Team Manager or Field supervisor to effectively fulfill objectives of the COVID 19 contact tracing team.
· Performs flu vaccination drive on workplace and schools scheduled by MOPH.
Assisting and meeting the needs of the City Gyms’ members and maximizing the usage and membership of City Gym. Maintaining a high public profile of the facility and promote the facility in a creative and attractive manner so as to establish and maintain a positive public image. Actively assist to utilize and implement effective follow-up procedures for prospective members in order to increase and retain membership.
Assisting the Fitness Team Supervisor in providing accurate, regular and timely training in a variety of Fitness Instructing and Personal Training areas. Following up with appropriate feedback to all City Gym’s staff. To ensure that facilities and equipment are maintained to an acceptable standard and ensure highest standards are maintained across all service areas regarding presentation, safety and cleanliness.
Designing and promoting activities to meet customer demand and generate revenue; Carrying out health and safety checks on the equipment and site; Managing maintenance, insurance, repairs and cleaning; Maintaining high levels of customer care, often with a particular focus on avoiding loss of existing users; Handling complaints and incidents, e.g. accidents and emergencies or theft; Delivering some fitness training or coaching in sports activities - often a good way of maintaining contact with guests. Using advanced management information (e.g. popularity of classes by hour) to improve provision and timetables and cope with fluctuations in demand; Writing monthly or weekly reports and preparing cash projections. Conducting personal training sessions like: body building workout,
boxing class, circuit training class, abs and cardio workout class.
