- Responsible for providing outstanding technical and architectural expertise to a diverse portfolio of projects at all phase from design development, bidding and contract development, construction phase and up to completion.

- Assist in managing client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination.
- Managing and coordinating with project management team.
- Review Specifications & Variations to ensure that the work commences as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, vendors, engineer and other municipal representatives in order to established goals for a project.
- Committed to high quality design and personalized client service and manage projects in a cost effective manner.
