Preparing Architectural conceptual design for client approval.
* Preparing 3d perspectives and 3d animations for client presentations.
* Preliminary scheme and final AutoCAD drawings of the project.
* Attend meetings together with client, to discuss the design, project related issues, concerns,
milestone and schedule to make sure that project completions and quality shall not be
compromise as per our department goals and objective.
* Coordinate all discipline in design progress, and to discuss if any conflict to the design.
* Responsible in overall design compliance with the local and international building codes.
* Preparing Scope of works.
* Handling all kind of printing including manual blue print and assigning pen assignment of all
AutoCAD drawings.
* Responsible for quantity of architectural materials to be use on the project.
* Other Architectural related jobs.
