Corrective maintenance of equipment after major breakdown are detected are re evaluated, records fault analysis, repair and recondition to restore operational condition.

Receives jobs complaint from the supervisor, unit manager and
work controller.
Attend the job complaint, identify equipment failure and anomaly, identify solution, solving problem.find out the worn out parts/component. on the equipment evaluations, rectify the unit right on the work site.

For major job, carry out repairs and reconditions of the equipment by a proper technical evaluations, equipment system requirement, identify part number, ordering, supply and fixing, test run, restoring excellent working condition.
Maintains all kitchen, laundry and refrigeration equipment, keeps on excellent working condition by completing the planned preventive maintenance job on schedule.recording conditions of equipment, evaluate, order spare parts.
Planned reactive maintenance on equipment are accomplish by keeping on stock all needed spare parts and repairing and
replacing worn out parts, when a sudden minor breakdown of equipment occurred.corrective maintenance job are done for the equipment with major fault.

Performs repairs and reconditions of industrial blower supply fan and exhaust fan assembly by physical check up, evaluation,
identify equipment failure, system anomaly, identify defective part that needs to replace.
Surface retouches by cleaning, removing scales, rust, oil, applying primer and finished paint.
Supply and fixing of replacement parts/ components needed.
adjust, align, put in place, test run, restoring excellent working condition.
As directed, assist the shipyard maintenance team during their planned preventive maintenance schedule.

Securing, covering line structure and component of all industrial equipment by using standard insulating materials.
Keeps and maintains good insulation of all piping line, valve, flanges, casing, pumps, ducting by performing maintenance job on schedule, always keep on track availability of the materials.

Performs the responsibility of Electrical Technician- repairing electrical kitchen equipment, perform electrical troubleshooting and wiring installation.perform electrical motor rewinding.
Lay out, fit out conduit pipe, junction box, pull box, electrical fixture, panel box, circuit breakers, switches.
inserts and pull out cables run from conduit pipe to electrical box, panel, circuit breakers.
Terminate connection line supply and load supply.
Train local people and navy personnel on proper electrical works.
Strictly followed and practice personal and equipment safety at all time.

Handling of Ship Repair Availability project on Landing Helicopter Assault Ship LHA-1 USS TARAWA. with long scope of man hours and cost plus material need.
With a complete list of work item, upon ships arriving and docking, conducts inspection on board the ship, finding the locations and marking of work item.
Prepares a list and writes up job turn over to the next person assigned on swing and graveyard work shifts.
Daily monitors the progress report, percentage of job done, what materials still need.reporting daily to superiors about the progress.
Assign to Technical Support team, rendering technical assistance and services for repair mission on board the ship, whenever it requires by any U.S. Navy ship repair facility around the world.

Attend academic schooling for three (3) weeks on every quarter of the year.And the rest complete on the job training period for the entire four(4) years apprenticeship program.
