Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
 Plan, coordinate and execute activities of Information Technology Department.
 Responsible for proper functioning of Restaurant POS software Micros Fidelio.
Coordinate with vendor for Purchase, Installation and other related activities.
 In charge of handling Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 and Cloud Email server
environment for all domains and tending to the configuration and maintenance as per
Company requirements
 Responsible for installation of software on user workstations and maintenance and
troubleshooting of the same. Required to work with Win XP, Win Vista and Win 7, Win
8 & Win 10 and Mac operating systems.
 Configuration and maintenance of company Network devices like Routers, Switches and
firewalls.
 Design, configure and maintain Company network to connect national and international
outlets of Company with HO in Kuwait.
 Configure and maintain Active directory, DNS server and other file servers with Win
2003, Win 2008, Win 2012 OS.
 Create different department and user file sharing rights for File servers and DroboFS as
per Company policy
 Responsible for Company ERP software availability round the clock and maintenance of
the same.
 Responsible for testing and roll out of corporate websites and iPhone/iPAD apps of
Company that are under development.
 In charge of systems design, development and implementation of new or enhanced
systems.
 Establish the company information technology standards including those for hardware,
software and local area networks; coordinate and review acquisition of hardware,
software and automation-related services
 Oversee coordinated selection, contract negotiation and monitor contracted service
providers, technical assistance and user support functions. .
 Confer with other departments, agencies, public officials, vendors and contract providers
regarding information technology requirements & issues.
 Implementation and Management of Security and Surveillance monitoring solutions for
the company corresponding installation, configuration and maintenance.

Worked as an IT Technical Support Engineer
 Provided IT based Technical support to many of the Alshaya based Casual Dining brands &
Starbucks Stores
 Installing & providing support for MS Windows 2003 server & MS Windows XP / Windows
7 based Computer Systems including OS, Softwares & Applications.
 Installing & providing support for POS (Point of Sale) applications such as MICROS.
 Installing & providing support for Store based H/W such as MICROS & IBM based Point of
Sale Systems and EPSON & IBM based POS Printers.
 Installing, Configuring & Providing support for QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Software.
