• Interacts effectively with Offshore Installation Manager and Supervisors for daily work activities on the platform highlighting issues, short-term mitigations while making recommendations for permanent resolution.
• Works independently within established procedures, plans and budgets to achieve project goals and requirements.
• Ensure PTW, JSA and other related documents are in place and participate in a daily toolbox talk prior to start of any work activities.
• Report and record daily progress, construction issues, potential change order, engineering issues on site, non-compliances, HSE violations and incident to the PMT Manager.

Provide site leadership, supervision and mentoring to Contractor personnel in all daily routine works to ensure all fabrication of Flowlines, riser, buoyancy tank and all construction related activities are executed and implemented safely, cost effectively and in alignment with project schedule. Participate in a weekly PMT HSE walkabout, JSA, review, risk assessment and incident/accident investigation. Participate in daily toolbox talk and ensuring all work permits, JSA and necessary procedures and plans are in place prior to start of work. Prepare reports and forecasts relating to construction progress, job manpower forecasts and etc. Review project schedule and providing daily progress to the Company Site Representative.
