• Act as PMT construction site representative ensuring offshore construction activities were undertaken in accordance with project execution plan in compliance with Company safety, quality, schedule, cost objectives and permit to work procedures as applicable.
• Promote safety awareness and safe work practices to all the workforce and personnel offshore.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and supervision during piping and structural revamp work scope execution on IDOHO Production Platform offshore.
• Oversee, inspect and monitor every stages of site fabrication, installation, construction and all other activities to ensure work executions are carried out by the contractor and Sub Contractor in compliance with the approved Project HSE Procedure, Project Specification, Engineering drawing, QA/QC Procedures, Method Statement and other related procedures and standard.
• Monitor, manage and influence the safe and efficient work execution by contractors performing offshore construction work to ensure compliance with project objectives and contractual requirements.
• Daily interfaces with contractor and PMT staff resolving related issues that requires effective communication, initiative, flexibility and an ability to induce collaboration.
• Interacts effectively with Offshore Installation Manager and Supervisors for daily work activities on the platform highlighting issues, short-term mitigations while making recommendations for permanent resolution.
• Works independently within established procedures, plans and budgets to achieve project goals and requirements.
• Ensure PTW, JSA and other related documents are in place and participate in a daily toolbox talk prior to start of any work activities.
• Report and record daily progress, construction issues, potential change order, engineering issues on site, non-compliances, HSE violations and incident to the PMT Manager.
Serve as member of TOTAL PMT Construction Team on site during onshore fabrication, construction and load out of Total EGINA UFR project in SAIPEM yard. Provide site leadership, supervision and mentoring to Contractor personnel in all daily routine works to ensure all fabrication of Flowlines, riser, buoyancy tank and all construction related activities are executed and implemented safely, cost effectively and in alignment with project schedule. Interface with SAIPEM Construction Engineers, Superintendent and supervisors with all engineering, construction and any other related issues on site.
• Ensure Contractors compliance with all Company HSE Procedures, Project Specific Specifications, QA/QC Procedure, Project Schedule, approved work procedures/plans and all construction related documents, drawings and specification for construction activity. Maintain the highest quality standards while administering good construction safety practices with all site activities. Participate in a weekly PMT HSE walkabout, JSA, review, risk assessment and incident/accident investigation. Participate in daily toolbox talk and ensuring all work permits, JSA and necessary procedures and plans are in place prior to start of work. Prepare reports and forecasts relating to construction progress, job manpower forecasts and etc. Review project schedule and providing daily progress to the Company Site Representative.
Serve as a member of MOBIL Construction Team on site during fabrication, construction and load out of MOBIL Satellite Project Phase-I in NIGERDOCK Snake Island in Lagos. Provide site leadership, supervision and mentoring to the Contractor construction team to ensure all construction activities are executed safely, cost effectively and within the schedule, delivering facility fit for purpose meeting defined safety and quality standards and established project objectives. Oversee, inspect, monitor, evaluate and ensure field executions by the Contractor (Niger dock and Dorman long, AVEON) are carried out accordingly and within the Company Scope, HSE Policy, approved procedures and project schedule during fabrication, construction and completion stage of ITUT, ABANG and OYOT Topside and jacket Leg. Serve as Vessel Lead during installation and hook up jobs of SUBSEA 7 for ITUT, ABANG and OYOT Topside offshore. Interface with Contractors Engineers, Superintendent and supervisors on all construction and fabrication related issues for structural and piping works. Report daily progress and other related issues on site to Company Site Representative.
SHELL SO 17270 & IMODCO BUOY 1448 - Lagos, Nigeria
•Onshore fabrication and Refurbishment of Shell SO 17270 Buoy and Mobil Producing Nigeria (MPN) IMODCO 1448 Buoy in Nigerdock Lagos, Nigeria.
•Provide lead responsibilities in fabrication, construction and execution, ensuring compliance with the Safety Policies, Project Plan, Quality Manual and Project schedule.
•Supervise and direct all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project without LTI, on schedule, within budget and maintaining the highest quality of workmanship.
•Supervise mechanical completion and pre-commissioning works of piping system, structural and mechanical including load out.

•Serve as member of ADCO/PMT for ADCO BUHASA Facilities Development Project during the construction of Central Degassing Station, Unit G& F+D and installation of gas and water Injection lines, flow lines, transfer lines and MOL lines in Bu HASA field.
• Liaise with Contractor’s Construction Superintendent, Mechanical / Piping Supervisor, QA/QC on all construction safety policy and quality related issues.
•Oversee Contractor (SNAMPROGETTI) and sub-contractor (DODSAL) execution and implementation of project, schedules, procedures, quality plan and inspection plan during fabrication and installation of gas lines and flow lines.
•Promote safety awareness and safe performance among project team members including contractors at worksite.

Liaise with Contractor’s (L&T) Quality Control on welding and piping works. Inspect and monitor daily work activities and progress to ensure compliance with project specification, quality plan, ITP and relevant documents. •Work as Company representative to liaise with Contractor’s Construction Team on all fabrication, construction, erection phase of the project. Overseeing, monitoring, and mentoring Contractor \[TCJV\] and sub-contractor \[DESCON\] during construction execution and ensure all activities are in compliance with Company Safety Policy, Quality Procedures and project schedules. Witness NDT testing, mechanical testing and pre-commissioning works for acceptance and approval. Report all quality issues and non-compliance to Company Site Representative.
ADMA OPCO 18” DIA. Offshore Pipeline Installation - Offshore, Abu Dhabi
•On-Board NPCC DLB 1000 pipe laying barge during the installation of ADMA-OPCO 18” diameter offshore pipeline from USSC to Das Island. Carry out visual inspection before, during and after welding, marking of repair, monitoring of repair and application of heat shrink sleeve coating to the welded joint after release from N.D.T. Prepare and submit daily welding and coating reports to NPCC engineer.
