Detailing of pipes in isometric drawings in accordance with bill of materials.
Inspection of site / shop at various vender facilities for project work as required.
Preparing inspection reports at each stage of inspection.
Verifying the calibration certificates of equipment, instrument prior to start of the respective work.
To carry out inspections along with the superintendent /surveyor.

Make sure the fabricated pipe spools according to the drawings given by the project team.

Check the pipe fit up as per the piping standards.
Inspection of fit up including material grades, diameter, schedule, joint configuration, root gap, internal misalignment, length.
Checking the fit up of pipes and ensures that there is no misalignment.
Responsible in the inspection, evaluation and acceptance of ongoing and completed works both in the fabrication and installation.
Familiar with ASME, ASTM and API standards.

Responsible for co-ordination of all QC works as per planning schedule.
