The project I am currently working on is building an infrastructure in Al-Wakrah City in Qatar.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Processing all applications for employment visa, residence visa, exit visa and driving license.
• Maintaining all the records for the labour on site and office staff.
• Using JD Edwards to record man and equipment hours, hiring and terminating employees on the system, producing weekly and monthly reports and making month end adjustments.

As a Compliance Manager /HR Manager my main duties were to assist compliance officer to ensure all the activities in the firm are in accordance with the compliance procedure authorized by the QFCRA. Additionally maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies.

As a compliance manager my duties were to ensure that all the applications that are submitted from the consultants for the clients are in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority. We had team of 7 consultants and on average we had between 9 to 10 reports to check. All the reports were consisted of Financial need Analysis, Recommendation report and Risk questionnaire. The final application was processed and send to financial product provider such Zurich and Generali after all the documents were checked and signed by the Compliance Officer.

In addition to this I was also managing policy servicing team. This was to ensure that all client under IFs are getting the quality service, for example if the client want to surrender the policy, premium reduction or increase in monthly premiums etc.

IFs had over 400 clients, I was also responsible to check crucial record of the clients - for example if the clients passports and Qatar ID is in date or not, updating their addresses etc.


Other duties Include:
• Planning, organization and control of the day-to-day administrative and operational AML activities.
• Developing & delivering, under the guidance of Compliance Officer the Training material to Financial Advisors regarding AML Rules & Regulations.
• Assisting Compliance Officer with the Annual Regulatory Reports.
• Assisting Compliance Officer in developing the procedures to make the operations effective.
• Regular meetings with the Regulators to introduce robust approach to our compliance procedures.
• Maintaining Consultants CPD Records.
• Maintaining, and monitoring client’s policies.
• Discussing emerging issues with Compliance Manager and the consultants
• Assisting Compliance Officer to prepare a management report regarding compliance operations and progress.

As a HR manager I was working very closely with Immigration Department of Qatar Financial Centre (Qatar) to do the following
