Company Profile:
Union Group is a Multinational Company specialized in Marine Construction, Contracting, Manufacturing, and Trading. Union Group has different units based in Dubai, Ras al-Khaimah and project in UAE and Oman.

Key Achievements:
• Developed a centralized system to maintain HR databases, employee records, and other confidential information.
• Created a systematic process to monitor company wise employee leave record and history.

Functional Duties:
• Responsible for recruitment of manpower by screening, scheduling interview in line with company procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation of employee personnel files as per the checklist.
• Maintain all personnel data and documents in hard copy, soft copy, and Peachtree.
• Maintain employee leave records and prepare leave settlements.
• Assist with employee payroll and prepare HR data including allowances, absenteeism, and incentives.
• Handling procedures related to medical and life insurance for all employees.
• Assist with exit formalities for all employees; cancellations, end of services and repatriation.
• Preparing job descriptions, salary certificates, offer letters, warning letters, HR related correspondence, exit agreements, memos, and documents for staff inductions.

• Coordinate with PRO to arrange, monitor and renew Visa and Labour contract for the new and existing employees.
• Monitor site workers overtime request forms from different units and get the approval.
• Address Employee issues and send weekly Complaint log to management.
• Coordinate with Admin for booking air tickets of employees.
• Coordinate with accounts department for employee payments.
• Handle employee separation process, clearance, contract and visa cancellation, exit procedure etc.
• Provide suggestions for improvements.

HP Pelzer Automotive Private Limited is engaged in manufacturing of NVH components for passenger’s cars and is part of Adler Pelzer Group headquartered at Witten, Germany. The Company has a manufacturing facility at Chakan, Pune, India.

Key Achievements:
• Prepared statutory compliance checklist for monitoring the company’s monthly status.
• Restructured internal HRIS to maintain employee personnel data, leave management, records such as hires, promotions, transfers, insurance cards and terminations / resignations.
• Modified the employee handbook as per latest labour regulations.

Functional Duties:
a) Managed end-to-end recruitment process; developing job analysis, headhunting, offer negotiations, final placements, personalized onboarding practices as well as handling exit / off boarding practices.
b) Identifying employee training needs, making and implementing training plan, evaluating effectiveness.
c) Assisted in preparation of competency mapping, input data for performance appraisal of staff and operators and conduct yearly appraisals of operators.
d) Provided robust support to line managers/employees through departmental meetings and counseling sessions regarding the application of policies, performance management, disciplinary and grievance issues.
e) Employee Engagement & Employee Welfare:
• Organized different company events
• Been a member of the “Prevention of Sexual Harassment of women at work place” committee.
• Coordinated medical claim settlement of employees.
f) Ensured 5S is maintained in all departments and conduct 5S audit.
g) Managed employee benefits plans such as payroll administration, end of services, health insurance, rewards and recognition, company property and car schemes.
h) Statutory Compliances:
• Preparation and filing of Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly and Annual returns under various Labor Laws (PF, P Tax, Labor Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity and Maternity Benefit).
• Handling PF withdrawal & transfer.
i) General Administration & Vendor Management:
• Maintaining office supplies and employee requisites inventory.
• Coordinating and managing various in house vendors like housekeeping, security, transportation, travel agencies etc.
j) Internal Audits: Assisting the document preparation for half yearly internal audit as per TS Standards.
