- Performs analysis of network needs and contributes to design of network architecture, integration, and installation.
− Maintains network hardware and software, including servers, voice, smartphone, peripherals, network nodes, terminals, and wiring.
− Works with consultants to ensure that the computer system platform provides sufficient computing resources to deliver the desired level of business performance.
− Coordinates with other departments in order to understand and meet their requirements.
− Evaluates network hardware and software requirements and capabilities and makes recommendations. Checks systems in order to optimize performance and to initiate recovery action after system failures.
− Establishes budgetary requirements for equipment replacement.
− Establishes and controls systems access and security.
− Provides support to and trains users in local area network administration and usage.
− Monitors customer service and maintains network stability, collects and analyzes network and memory utilization, and installs and tests software upgrades.
− Manages computer operation scheduling, backup, storage and retrieval functions.
− Coordinates third-party maintenance for network hardware, software and telecommunications services.
− Develops or establishes strong relationships with service providers.
− Negotiates and contracts with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for services and products.
− Prepares and maintains documentation of network configurations and cabling layouts.
− Develops, maintains and tests disaster recovery plans.
− Trains users in the operations of office productivity applications.
− Directly supervises employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities by the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
− Performs other non-essential duties as assigned.

− Provides training to technical, support staff, users in various IT, operating systems and using the application HMIS \[Hospital Management Information System\]with full utilization & supporting users to use FMIS \[Financial Management Information System\]
− Able to troubleshooting or problem solving quickly and correctly diagnose the problem and know how best ways to fix it and communicate the solution to either co-workers or end-users effectively.
− Understand the behavior of software, Hardware, and systems in relation to their use of communications technology in order to deploy solutions and to troubleshoot problems.
− Managing and troubleshooting internet proxy, firewalls, network, the hardware appliances to applying organization policy for users.
− Sharing, managing and troubleshooting database and system problems.
− Managing system backup schedule & tasks through different software and hardware.
− Managing and troubleshooting for email server like (MERAK and Exchange).
− Servers maintenance and troubleshooting. Including software security patches, operating system updates, performance tuning, log analysis, maintaining application updates and bug fixes.
− Responsible for version control in the client-server environment (follow-up, distribution of releases to users).
− Supervise and support the IT specialists and end users for IT support.
− Managing and Monitoring Cisco Switches, Routers, firewall, WAN, internet utilization, bandwidth, and UPS’s
− Managing and implement Microsoft Systems Center Products.
− Managing and implement Network Infrastructure
− Managing and implement Active Directory and Group Policy for sites.
− Prepare the IT budget for the group

− Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands
− Manage daily operations of the IT department
− Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction
− Coordinate the needs of in-house IT experts and remote employees, vendors and contractors
− Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means
− Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use
− Manage and oversee departmental quotas
− Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department

- Troubleshoots problems with computers and similar products.
- Responsible for the desktops and laptops.
- Responsible for the network software, hardware and infrastructure such as servers, switches, backup systems and firewalls.
- Set up and configure computers for new users and are typically responsible for any physical work relating to the computers such as repairing software or hardware issues and moving workstations to another location.
