Roles and Responsibility:
1) Managing all phases of the project including planning, analysis, design, development, testing and implementation related to their area of expertise
2) Ensure effective preparation of detailed bill of materials for drawings released for various equipments and billing break up for the order value
3) Preparation of a detailed project schedule using MS-project and tools and submitting to client and preparation of monthly plan based on project schedule to meet up the monthly targets
4) Identifying the risk in the running project and escalating the issue on time, solve them by taking initiative and preventive measures taken for smooth flow of project
5) Managing day to day client relationships, identify new work opportunities and support business development by Initiatives in preparing RFP’s apart from operational aspects of project and scope
6) Floating enquiries to the vendors and obtaining offers for the same and to get a technical approval for the offers obtained, on receipt of the same float enquires to minimum three vendors and prepare for a bid evaluation and negotiate with vendors for finalization of orders
7) Procurement planning for raw material and bought out items for Mechanical, Electrical and instrumentation and ordering the same as per approval of technical specification
8) Design and implement various processes and MIS for periodical review of procurement status, project status and streamlining project execution
9) Providing weekly project reports to management with financial status of project
10) Planning for Inbound, outbound logistics by nominating CHA, freight forwarders, inland transport
11) Imparting proper support to suppliers by releasing the payment in time
Roles and Responsibility:
1) Project planning and execution including monitoring, control, preparing periodic progress reports
2) Planning all project related activities, ensure optimum utilization of resources, ensure all project phases are documented appropriately and facilitate the stakeholders in designing an effective project plan
3) Advice process improvement to all stakeholders to improve efficiency for timely completion of work
4) Ensure internal and external stakeholder management through effective communication.
5) Managing field level operational, technical issues, Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team
Roles and Responsibility:
1) Preparation of detailed project report and milestone over the life cycle of the project establishing
2) Handling regular follows ups of equipment’s with the suppliers and fabricators for timely delivery
3) Professionally lead one or more technology implementation, process re-engineering projects based on client requirements
4) Liaising with commercial for preparation invoice as per order terms and ensuring timely receipt of payment from customer
Roles and Responsibility:
1) Framing work directions and plan for associates after assessment of their capabilities, preparing and presenting various weekly report/monthly MIS reports pertaining to process
2) Maintained the Project track sheet, fine tuning the constrains in projects to meet the due dates
3) Keep in track the overall functioning of the project, identifying improvement areas and implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction level
4) Releasing material requirement schedules based on purchase priority, managing supply and reducing manufacturing lead time by exquisite planning and execution
5) Interfacing with commercial department for arranging dispatch of orders on scheduled time and conducting internal project reviews for ensuring strict adherence to the project parameters as per the defined guidelines
6) Client servicing / Handling - Servicing existing clients and maintaining excellent relationships
Roles and Responsibility:
1) Planning a detail project schedule for execution of Project using tools like MS-Project and MS-Office after the work order release and segregate the scope of Supply between buyer and seller
2) To prepare BOM for drawings received and ordering of equipment’s pertaining to the scope
3) Involved in ordering equipment’s as per the design specification, within estimated cost and legal commercial term
