• Prepared and maintained baseline project schedules in Primavera P6, aligned with approved drawings, BOQs, and
construction methodology.
• Developed detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and defined logical sequencing for civil, architectural, and MEP
activities.
• Updated schedules based on actual site progress and performed variance analysis against planned targets.
• Monitored critical path activities (CPM) and identified schedule risks, highlighting delays to the project team.
