Working as an Electrical and Instrument Manager in Advanced Process System at A.L.U International. Managed the task to reduce the interruption in flow of operations and Identify to improve the reliability of E&I equipment and control systems of Automated machines.
Responsibilities with the following attributes are mentioned below.
● Preparation of Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Inspection and Test Report (ITR) for entire instrumentation activities.
● Responsible for all kind of Installation, erection, testing and commissioning of electrical & electronic equipment, Caustic Recovery Plants (CRPs), DDFC Boilers, Screw Air Compressors, Mobile Cranes, Cargo Lifts, Switch-gear Panels and etc.
● To Lead team of Engineers to perform Testing of Differential Pilot wire protection relay and Over Current. Testing of CT, VT, Auxiliary relays, tripping relays, DC & AC Schematic and Breaker interlocks.
● Commissioning the Power panels and 11 KV/415V Switch-gear Safety Interlocking of MV Simoprime Switch-gear panels, U.V.T Breakers Performance and Emergency Switches.
● Provide Consultancy, Training and Support the engineering team for the maintenance and troubleshooting works. Mostly in PLC S7300 & S7400, Safety Instrumented System (SIS), Advanced Process Systems (APS), Pneumatic Proportional Valves, Solenoid Operated Valves (SOV), Temperature Sensor, Mahlo (Moisture controller), Water and Chemical Level Sensors, Proximity Sensors, Electric Motors and Variable Frequency Drives (Danfoss, Siemens, Lenze, Stober, Schneider Altivar and Kebs) .
● To review issue details, basic design, drawings and other relevant high level documentation such as function descriptions, specifications, commissioning procedure, as required for on-going and future projects.
● Sole responsible for assessment and data analysis of inventory, requisition and purchasing all kind of Electrical and electronic instruments.
Worked as a Service Manager for " Freehands electronics and Instruments Repairs " where we provided consultancy and engineering services to Industrial sectors including Printing, Packaging, Oil & Gas, Corrugated commercial industries and wide range of businesses.

● Planned and drafted to maintained and improved electrical and electronics instruments, equipment, devices, components and control systems according to computer-aided engineering and designed equipment to perform engineering tasks.

Worked as an Electronic Engineer for Liberty Mills Limited’s Maintenance Division and managed the task of Electrical Works and Equipment, comprising of Switchgears, H.T & L.T Panels, Power Factor Improvement Plants, Motor Control Center Panels, Power Transformers, Heat Burners and Control System.
● Majorly responsible for Troubleshooting of Electronic Equipments, Boiler's Mechanical Programmer, Variable Frequency Drive.
● Selection of right Instruments and Control Systems according to needs of application and requirement of the production.
● Commissioning the equipment's performance include Level sensor, Temperature sensor, Pressure & Flow sensor, Water Analyzers,
Software’s & Industrial Electronic Equipment.
● Responsible to maintain (Kromschroder, UK-202F, Siemens Controller LFL 1.2 and 1.3 series) heat burners.
● Take care for all sorts of Valves, Burning Systems and Ignition Transformers. All sorts of Switches and equipments.
● Responsible to set the parameters and installations of Siemens (Master Drive), Lenze (SMD) and Posidrives in Electrical Panels.
● Visiting technical areas and production plants to collect technical data for Maintenance or to look for the technical issues and complains.
