Responsibilities:
• Commissioning of new machines/complete production lines.
• Review & Develop a Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventive maintenance is carried out and lead the team to deliver effectively.
• Attend daily maintenance meetings and effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift.
• Organize, update and archive the documentation regarding maintenance of machines and equipment’s.
• Analysis of breakdown reasons and preventive actions consisting of modifying the maintenance plan to avoid the failure reoccurrence.
• Definition and supervision of spare parts and their availability in the warehouse.
• Continuous collaboration with operative maintenance in the production area and with the product Engineering.
• Make sure that equipment and machines maintenance plan includes activities to meet the expected safety and quality level.
• Cooperate to define and plan the proper training for maintenance technicians.
• Develop and implement new technical solutions and managerial methods to improve machines and equipment reliability and maintainability to improve equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.
• Supports Product Engineering during tests on production areas.
• Contribution to continuous improvement activities regarding process and service.
• In the range of executive autonomy take the needed decisions and make the proper actions to improve tasks regarding the environment.
• Makes sure the confidentiality of the documentation.
• Make sure that maintenance third-party companies operate accordingly with the company’s policy.
• Able to make logical decisions based on data.
• Possess a challenging and pioneering spirit.
KEY DELIVERANCE:
Eliminate loss according to the company’s prioritization process using PM (Preventive Maintenance), FI (FOCUS IMPROVEMENT), and methodologies.
Implement preventive, periodic maintenance and design/automation improvements to maintain basic conditions and increase MTBF.
Develop standards to sustain improvements.
Train maintenance crews on technical standards and sustainability of basic conditions.
Identify and extend good practice to other lines.

preventive/corrective maintenance and improve workers skills to ensure that the facilities and mechanical assets are in good condition with minimum disruption to plant operations
