Currently I am working with Integrated Network
Solutions as Network & Sales Support Manager. Here I
am managing the both Networking and Sales Teams in
order to get more revenue and business relations for my
company.
Responsibilities:
• Examine weekly network reports
• Handling Sales and Business Development Functions
• Increasing sales every year.
• Managing Domain registration, web hosting, and web
security for clients.
• Providing cross-functional team training, coaching,
mentoring, and coordinating with offshore liaison
offices
• Conducting in-depth product demos, presentations and
all related training for clients.
• Managing & maintaining corporate clientele database,
identifying potential opportunities and achieving sales
closures, meeting defined sales targets.
• Installed and administered maintenance, troubleshooting network of all department of Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) and Business Support Centre (BSC). PIDC is a government organization which works under Ministry of Industries, Production & Special Incentives -MoIP&SI.
• Designed new websites - maintained, managed and updated - for PIDC and BSC targeted at a broader market and meeting sophisticated e-business needs for customers.
• E-Commerce and e-marketing using tools; i.e. e-newsletter, mass mailing, email blaster, email software, corporate client mailing list & client labeling management.
• Advised and provided recommendations to senior management on strategic IT objectives.
• Provided independent and timely user support to all departments and customers; including LAN/network set up, data backup, restore and storage management.
• Established and met goals and targets set for the IT initiatives.
• Arranged MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) on behalf of PIDC/BSC.
• Troubleshot, managed and resolved network, hardware & all other computer related issues of PIDC and BSC.
• Provided consultancy, managed and negotiated the scope definition, requirement definition, gap analysis, solution definition, overall development, testing, training, implementation, migration and cutover/rollout
• Installation and administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing and fault diagnosing and its proper solution regarding software as well as hardware of Windows NT 4/98/2000/XP based network Including ISA, Proxy, SQL & Exchange.
• Handled system upgrades including hardware & O/S upgrade.
• Installation and Administration, troubleshooting & maintaining of Windows NT 4/98/2000/XP based Servers and PCs & user support in all offices of group.
• Performed backup restore and storage management of all locations.
• Installation and Administration of MS Proxy 2.0, including resolving network, hardware & any computer related issues.
• Performed System Administration tasks like patches research, patches installation and packages installation & diagnostic of Hardware & peripherals & all level user/helpdesk support for company offices on different locations.

• Provide support to staff & managing all software & hardware related problems & Windows base client
• Installation and maintenance, troubleshooting, testing and fault diagnosing and its proper solution regarding software as well as hardware of Novel 3.x & Windows NT based network on client sides.
