Providing legal assistance at police stations/detention facilities upon arrest/detention of person of concern (POCs) including interventions in short term detentions of POCs.
Representing POCs in courts in cases of arrest/detention mainly those charged under the Foreigners Act and/or preventive laws for the time being in force.
Representing and facilitate the POCs in matters/issues of civil/family/tenancy
Provide individual legal counseling and advice at ALAC (Advice and Legal Aid Centers) offices and through help lines.
Providing out of court legal assistance including dispute resolution through alternative measures.

Involving in reviewing, negotiating and advising on various commercial agreements, contract, and litigation matters. Assist seniors in drafting Contracts and in Legal research. Follow of clients In compilation of cases. Providing guidance and support to junior and other staff members as required on legal and general duties.
Drafted pleadings and other legal documents, Conduct research on Saudi Labour Law, SAGIA rules regulations. draft letters, Review Contracts, prepared legal documents relating to intellectual property, franchise agreement, real estate, employment agreement and other legal matters. Provide Legal Advice on various legal issues to various clients. Assist Seniors in preparation of Contracts.
