• To identify and target potential clients in GCC.
• To contact, visit and meet potential clients in order to market company’s products and services.

• Hamriya Power Station Expansion Phase 2 - Supply & Commissioning of sea water intake equipments such as Stop Logs, Drum Screens & Debris Filter
• Supply & Commissioning of 4 nos Debris Filter for DUBAL

 To operate plant at optimum conditions and achieve production targets.
 Responsible for make the components sketch by using Autocad
 To get maximum yield at various stages and to minimize the consumption of raw material.
 Proper and efficient utilization of the manpower.
 To perform and participate in the preventive, corrective and troubleshooting mechanical maintenance activities of the plant equipment, Compressors and Pumps.
 To identify spare parts required for maintenance work, from manufacturers’ drawings and spare parts lists.
 Develop manufacturing procedures and monitor the manufacture of their designs in a factory to improve operations and product quality.
 Responsible for implementing operating procedures, resolving system malfunctions, and providing technical information
 To comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment
 Responsible for supervising operation and routing and scheduling the work.
 To ensure recording of production data, analyze quality of products and other shift records.
 Responsible for all shift activities including quality control, maintenance and training of shift field officers
 To perform shutdown maintenance repair and overhaul on all rotating and static equipment, including Furnace, Compressors & Pumps.
 Attending daily & weekly progress meeting with clients and
 Controlling the work and material flow in the industry.

 Resposibilities in tool room machining process and operation of Lathe, CNC- Milling, Grinding, EDM Wire Cutting, Sparking, Welding machine etc.
 Responsibilities of assisting in the development of new Profile tools, Progressive and Blanking dies and scheduling the work for new tools & Molds
 Studying Tool drawings and part drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece and determine optimal sequence of operations.
 Participating in trials conducted for new tools, Molds, identifying the problems and coordinating the correction activities
 Participating in Design review meeting with engineers at design stage and design validating stage to support in fixing practical issues
 Responsibility to co ordinate with Quality Assurance Department
