• Conducting planning, scheduling, project engineering and detail engineering.
• Assist procurement personnel in procuring equipment, materials and services.
• Issued request for tenders and requisitions, negotiated with third-party vendors and subcontractors for price estimation and project schedule

• Laser Alignment for the Rotary Equipments for Sulb Steels, etc..
• To identify and target potential clients in GCC.
• To contact, visit and meet potential clients in order to market company’s products and services.
• To carry out introductory meetings and Technical presentations to clients.
• To assess clients, with the initial technical/commercial support, according to inquiry requirements.
• To maintain and fill all Sales & Project related documents
• To present the incoming inquiries and tenders, in daily basis for GM’s and department heads approval.
• To co-ordinate with estimation, Project & design departments for the entire projects
• Negotiating with customers for the submitted offers
• To have regular communication with the clients to ensure continuous feedback about the status of submitted offers (won, lost or pending).
• To have regular meetings with responsible persons to ensure that quotation are submitted in time, and the submitted offer does reflect perfectly the client requirements.
• To identify new potential clients, and process all the necessary pre-qualify requirements, to keep the company as an approved vendor.

• Hamriya Power Station Expansion Phase 2 - Supply & Commissioning of sea water intake equipments such as Stop Logs, Drum Screens & Debris Filter
• Supply & Commissioning of 4 nos Debris Filter for DUBAL
To operate plant at optimum conditions and achieve production targets.
Responsible for make the components sketch by using Autocad
To get maximum yield at various stages and to minimize the consumption of raw material.
Proper and efficient utilization of the manpower.
To perform and participate in the preventive, corrective and troubleshooting mechanical maintenance activities of the plant equipment, Compressors and Pumps.
To identify spare parts required for maintenance work, from manufacturers’ drawings and spare parts lists.
Develop manufacturing procedures and monitor the manufacture of their designs in a factory to improve operations and product quality.
Responsible for implementing operating procedures, resolving system malfunctions, and providing technical information
To comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment
Responsible for supervising operation and routing and scheduling the work.
To ensure recording of production data, analyze quality of products and other shift records.
Responsible for all shift activities including quality control, maintenance and training of shift field officers
To perform shutdown maintenance repair and overhaul on all rotating and static equipment, including Furnace, Compressors & Pumps.
Attending daily & weekly progress meeting with clients and
Controlling the work and material flow in the industry.
Resposibilities in tool room machining process and operation of Lathe, CNC- Milling, Grinding, EDM Wire Cutting, Sparking, Welding machine etc.
Responsibilities of assisting in the development of new Profile tools, Progressive and Blanking dies and scheduling the work for new tools & Molds
Studying Tool drawings and part drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece and determine optimal sequence of operations.
Participating in trials conducted for new tools, Molds, identifying the problems and coordinating the correction activities
Participating in Design review meeting with engineers at design stage and design validating stage to support in fixing practical issues
Responsibility to co ordinate with Quality Assurance Department
