Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive Support related tasks and I am able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs .Strong decision making ability and attention to detail and equally important.
The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under
pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of
professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal
communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
Skills:
• Excellent communication, written and interposal skills
• Able to review letters and reports and put together in standardized templates
• Proficient with computer literate such as Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, power point and internet
• Ability to use all computer related items e.g. scanner, printer etc.
• Having knowledge of presentation, binding equipment and copiers
• Able to train new staff
• Excellent ability to work with all levels of internal management and staff, vendors and customers
• Responsible for other duties as needed.
• Provide information to incoming calls and respond to internal requests on timely manner
