Superintendent of multiple architectural model projects. I was Responsible for defining program goals for
individual projects related to Client production. I ensured projects were effectively resourced and
managed relationships with a wide range of groups, including all internal and external project
contributors. I was responsible for managing the work of consultants, allocating and utilizing resources in
an efficient manner, and maintaining a cooperative, motivated, and successful team.
* Served as the Project Manager of architectural model projects such as Arzanah Masterplan, MAG
Wellness Master Plan, MAG EYE Master Plan, Dubai Creek Harbour District Master Plan, IGO towers,
Marassi Master Plan, Downtown and Emirates Tower District Master plan.
* Facilitates in associating abstract or unrelated ideas, visualize in 3 Dimensions and posed a sense of
scale.
* Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of new plans released to Fabrication & Production
Team.
* Plans and undertakes administration of organizational programs, special projects and support
services.

Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in daily administrative management and documentation of
the glass processing and fabrication. Responsibilities include analyzing the project budget and influential
costs, determining the project schedule, tracking submittals, working with plan documents and other
project documentation, and tracking the overall project progress to ensure timely completion.
* Served as a point of contact of glass processing and fabrication of major projects in UAE such as Dubai
Mall, Cleveland Clinic, Wafi Hotel, Abu Dhabi Exhibition Center, Nikki Beach Resort and Institute for
Judicial and Legal Study, Kuwait.
* Ensuring that orders are entered according to the agreed price & specification given by clients &
released to production according to schedule provided by Project Planning Manager.
* Preparing Job Production Order such as Glass Cutting List, Glass Processing and Digitization Using
AutoCAD & GPS LISEC.
* Coordinating with finance department with regards to payment/transactions before release of the
order for production or delivery of the orders as per the agreed terms and conditions.
* Informing the customer of any irregularity that would cause a delay in the manufacturing or delivery
upon approval of the project planning manager.
* Providing up to date information of order(s) to customer follow up(s).
* Coordinating with the customer for any clarification(s) required for an order and informing the project
planning manager accordingly.
* Handling over any change or instruction (via Job Communication Slip approved by Project planning
manager) required by customer to the respective staff or department.
* Preparing Daily, Monthly Production report, such as Cutting, Double Glazing, Laminating and other
Glass processing.

ranging in scale from a single - family residence to a university recreation center and multi-family
housing unit.
* Gathers information on access to the site; surface topography and drainage, and the availability of
electricity, water, and other services & records this information, which may go in the final project
estimate.
* Determines the quantity of materials and the labor required to complete the firm’s part of the project.
* Develop the cost information that business owners and managers need to make a bid for a contract
or to decide on the profitability of a proposed new project or product and determine which endeavors
are making a profit
