III. Audit the file administration, standards and classification of the reports to be issued.
IV. Provides timely and effective responses to the network in relation to inquiries concerning essential product requirements, standards and classification and also service request inquiries

Worked in four streams in the Quality Assurance Department:
1. Food Safety: Basic food hygiene, Foreign Body prevention & Management, OPRPs management, HACCP, Pathogen monitoring, Integrated Pest Management, GMP.
2. Product Compliance: Chemical, Sensory & Packaging Sampling from shop floor and regular analysis, TIC & TRAM for surveillance plans, Pathogen sampling from environment, machines and operators.
3. Globe & Release: Statistical Process Control (SPC), Q.Stat, DMAIC Approach
4. Quality Systems: Quality Mapping on the shop floor to reduce defects leading to zero waste journey, continuous monitoring and improvement loop designed with a basis of LEAN SIX SIGMA.
