Position: Quality Control Project Student.

Major responsibilities as QC Project student include,

• To Inspect and monitor the quality of in-process food production batches of Tomato Paste, Jams, Powdered Milk, Cappuccino, 3 in 1 Coffee, Custard Powder and Honey.
• Responsible for batch releasing of jams and tomato paste after checking required quality parameters.
• To perform quality control tests such as Temperatures, Ph level, Viscosity, Moisture, Taste, Acidity & Solubility to ensure compliance with food quality control.
• Responsible for receiving of all types of raw fruits and maintaining the quality parameters as per GSO standards and storage conditions in freezers.
• Responsible for microbiological testing of Tomato Paste, Jam & Powder Milk Batches and to evaluate the results of this testing and communicating the appropriate corrective action.
• To monitor all production areas to ensure compliance with established HACCP policies and procedures.
• Handling of non-conforming material, GHP (Good Hygiene Practices) and GLP (Good Lab Practices)
• Responsible for preparation of laboratory solutions as per requirements.
• Assisting Quality Assurance Manager in New Product Development (NPD)
• Responsible for training and educating workforce about GMP, GHP (Good Hygiene Practices) & PPEs.

• Monitoring each stage in the production, testing and quality analysis of the products.
• Using statistical analysis to make sure that machined parts are within tolerance limits.
• Inspecting materials for defects using methods like nondestructive testing (NDT)
• Conducting bio assays for checking accuracy of the products.
