My responsibility to the company is to give orientation and training for firefighting equipment to the employees for their moral motivation in each project for zero Tolerance accidents and safe work practices. And also the part of investigation team to investigate on near misses/incidents; accidents and follow-up close out through recommendations to avoid recurrence in the future. Investigate accidents/incidents involving personnel and equipment including dangerous occurrence/near misses at the job site. Conduct Hazard Analysis to describe potential severity in the event of an incident and possibility of loss or injury to people or property. Compile/prepare project HSE Documentations, statistics, manuals and safety procedures. Monitors and control implementation of the projects Health, Safety and Environmental Management System and Safety Policies. Also conduct safety audits in the sites.

Monitor enforcement of contractors’ safety plan, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and enforcement during the construction. Conduct routine inspections at the worksites for identifying hazardous actions, unsafe acts and practices and informed supervision for corrective actions. Implementation of Company HSE Policy and the approved HSE and Fire Prevention Program from Saudi ARAMCO or Clients
Co-ordinate the works of fire fighting installations
