Senior Human Resources Business Partner
• Support various HR Initiatives at ops level- performance management, employee development etc.
• Provide HRBP Support to KSA (not limited but globally).
• HR advisor to the KSA/UAE HRM’s in all functions at Ops level.
• Oversee HR functions for Operations - Dubai, NE ADH and Supporting KSA HR OPS. (not limited but globally).

development, disciplinary actions).
• Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions.
• Manage and support the UAE grievance channel. Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct
thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
