• Coordinating and managing internal and external interface matters all through different phases of project execution.
• Preparation & Reviewing of Pre-Qualification (PQ), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), finalization of award recommendations and subcontract agreements.
• Subcontractors’ management including mobilization/demobilization of vendor engineers and settling contractual matters.
• Site construction management and Supervision of site construction activities.
• Change orders (COIs/CORs) preparation, tracking and negotiation.
• Risk Management of the project from Construction till Onshore Commissioning stage.
• Custom and Immigration clearance documentation of FPU at Gabon and Congo.

Developing Construction Management Plan, Construction Strategy and Project Execution Plans (PEPs) for piping installation and pre-commissioning.
