• Responsible for the overall success of Employee Lifecycle Track of Global People Success Shared Services Team.
• Acting as a first point of contact for all separation or exit related issues or queries which are logged with helpdesk under “People Success” & provide quick solutions for the smooth off boarding process.
• Cross-functional interaction with multiple stakeholders within GPSS like Expense, Finance, C&B, IT, OS etc. for exit clearance & managing recoveries if any.
• Taking care of various types of exits i.e. voluntary, involuntary, POSH cases, deceased & absconding cases.
• Preparation of monthly and weekly payroll inputs.
• My profile also includes handling of various end-to-end exit processes like Initiation of Exit, Policy improvements, QPI projects, Termination & Anticipation of exits in Oracle, Notice Period Adjustment/Waiver from PS Leadership Team, Exit Recovery, Exit Interviews/Sessions, Clearances, F&F settlement requests etc.
• Handling people grievances and providing right solutions in minimum time.
• Preparation of experience, relieving letter, termination letter, warning letters absconding letter, salary certificates etc.
• Handling employee verification, time tracking audit for North America & India, employee file management, internal & external company audits, validation of various KBG forms like PF forms, investment proofs, medical bills etc.
• Leading new hires integration sessions for people success policies orientation and completing joining formalities.
• Coaching, guiding and mentoring of team members.
• Won many awards, accolades and recognitions at regular intervals.

• Scheduling shortlisted candidates for Interviews (end to end) and arranging travel for visiting candidates.
• Logistic Management - On ground coordination for interviews scheduled in office, folder preparation, webcam arrangements etc.
