• Conduct detailed review of vendor proposals, and ensure adherence to overall requirements prior to internal escalations.

• Provide overall guidance and direction to team working within IT function.
• Supervise and coordinate the implementation of hardware and networking, to enable successful implementation of Application systems to meet with stated Business Requirements.
• Coordinate with IT outsourced services vendor for both application and data centre management to support business requirements.
• Responsible for running the Help Desk to provide service to internal users for resolution of hardware, software and network issues
• Run day-to-day operations of Begin of Day, End of Day, Report generation, and Data Archival processes
