Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development
Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally.
Responsible for the overall management of the operations of the hotel

Annalise and improve work efficiency of staff

All staff are dressed correctly to satisfy statutory requirements as well as enhancing the image of the establishment.
Assist with regular stock takes/inventory as and when required.
Keep track on current trends in the industry and make suggestions how these could be implemented for the benefit of the café
