Duties, tasks and responsibilities

• Participate in the quarterly insights management and strategic analysis with the workshop GM and second line team
• Cascade tactical objectives for his / her function to the second line team
• Initiate all job orders through receiving different job cards.
• Plan the job orders, approve it with the stakeholders (service advisor and general coordinator), orient the team for, and plan the job order.
• Supervise the team technically and behaviorally through the job order
• Manage and revise any parts requested, used and returned through different job orders
• Receive different feedbacks to the work, conducting reworks and follow-ups, and planning development plans for his / her function area
• Responsible for the human resources planning and coordination for his / her team
• Implement quality control measures to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold the
workshops reputation.
• Promotes a safety-conscious culture, conduct safety training, and address safety concerns to minimize risks to personnel and vehicles.
• Monitor workshop performance metrics, such as repair turnaround time, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze data and generate reports to track performance trends, identify areas for
improvement, and develop action plans such as process enhancements, cost-saving measures, and operational efficiencies.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure that work is completed efficiently and according to established standards.
