General Finance & Accounts Functions- Overview monthly accounts closing, reporting and consolidations, Review & Analyze- Turnover Reports, Income Statements, Balance sheets, , Internal Audit of Subsidiaries, External Audit Functions.

MIS Functions- Budgeting, Business Forecast, Competitor & Market Analysis, Economic Analysis and Strategic Planning Support, Ensures financial reporting in line with IFRS, Prepares various ad-hoc analysis or other studies as requested by the manager or other interested parties.

Investment Activities- Prepares monthly performance indicators and trend analysis related to investments, NAV, financial classifications and reporting, Evaluate market performances of investment classes, Provides feedbacks and suggestions to management on cash management systems to optimize efficiencies., Fund flows, working capital, investments, debt, banking and insurance facilities.

FX & Treasury Functions- Review cash management and treasury activities, Analyzes exchange rates on FX transactions to ensure pricing, contractual commitments. Analyzes the exchange gain and loss to ensure that transactions are properly recorded in financial statements, Review foreign exchange rates, exposures, hedging and recommends changes and suggestions, Re-values FX denominated balance sheet accounts as required for the preparation of financial statements

Credit Functions- Implementation and maintenance of comprehensive credit risk policies and procedures, Monitor credit exposures and analyze potential for future over exposures to enhance proactive decision making, Manages collection activities, follow-up inquiries, negotiations, risks. Reviewing and analyzing financial statements, guarantees, LOC and status of counter parties, business partners etc.

AR-AP-Payroll Management- Defines financial reporting in line with IFRS/IAS relating to AR-AP functions, Constant audits of methods and procedures of AR-AP functions to improve efficiency, Ensuring operational activities associated with AR/AP includes providing advice to clients, suppliers, contractors and vendors, Managing relationships with the clients in order to reduce exposure to potential bad debts, Ensures effective and efficient processing of accounts receivable/payable functions, reporting and reconciliations

Payroll & Employee Relations- Manage payroll and all employee related payments/advances/pensions/account reconciliations/WPS compliances etc. Support in employee training and development activities - finance perspective. Assist HR in employee performance reviews, job satisfaction survey, salary structuring.

Risk & Regulatory Functions- Ensures reporting is in line with the regulators requirement, submission of various statutory reports to the regulators and monetary agencies. Assist in risk management activities in co-ordination with Internal Audit & Compliance Committee.

Strategic Supports- Assist the management in in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement, Defining and developing KPI’s in line with management objectives, Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of efficiency
