Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company strategy.
Design and implement company policies and procedures according to labor law.
Handling day by day all HR Operations.
Provide consultation to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
provide all detailed reports on HR functions.
Implement and monitor all objectives of the HR team and track progress.
Response employees’ queries such as compensation, polices and labor regulations
Manage all the recruitment and selection process for internal & overseas recruitment.
Manage the monthly payroll and reports.
Manage all the Government relations.

• Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

• Lead the payroll function (leaves, attnded, overtime .buns ..ets) with Maintain the record and approval .

• Training the staff to met the requirement of HR and organization managmenet .

• Set the plan for 350 staff.planning, monitoring, and appraisal .

• Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records

• Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly

• Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization

• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
