At Nov 2009 we start to make a new maintenance system with (SAP) that We took upon ourselves, the beginning of the implementation of some tasks: make plans of PM, equipment installation .spare parts
• Planning of preventive maintenance, monitor &controlling maintenance plans (cm &pm) by using SAP maintenance program
• (work with requirement of ISO14001 )
• Responsible for maintenance of equipment such as (generators, forklift, compressors, HVAC, presses, production line, furnace, sorting lines)
• Assist engineering department Manager in the annual report.
• Provided a unique combination of maintenance planning support, training for maintenance team
• Spare parts consumption estimation.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools used in mechanical engineering and site management
• Breakdown and failure analysis, Reduce breakdown time, Increase Availability & Reliability
