KAAUH is a 300-bed teaching hospital serving PNU faculty, students and community.

◇ Position Purpose
- Responsible, in cooperation with department directors, to identify and evaluate areas for improvement, and to develop programs to ensure optimum provision of operational services, including development of policies for approval by the hospital executive committee.
- To plan and direct operational services to achieve the goals and objectives of the Hospital Programs.

◇ Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Review and advice on all operations policies and ensure these are in line with the current hospital legislation and govemomental laws.
• Ensures financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all departments.
• Reviews working practices to ascertain if it is successful and if not, develop an alternatives.
• Makes sure operational safety regulations are followed.
• Develops and organizes appropriate training programs.
• Investigates customer satisfaction and reporting any issues.
• Works with department heads and senior management to get the best performance from staff.
• Works with legal departments on any matters that occur.
• Reviews and approves equipment needs as instructed.
• Guides the operational preparation and ensure the control of budgets for assigned areas.
• Coordinates programs for cost-containment within the area of Hospital services.
• Liaises with the Head of Clinical Services and the Nursing Department and ensure that optimum support services are provided and consistent with Hospital requirements.
• Provides expert advice to Operations Management in order to meet the needs of both clinical and administrative areas of the Hospital.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify systemic (organizational, processes, and systems) problems/ issues.
• Promote a Patient-Centered Care culture.
• Participates in and supports quality improvement and patient safety activities as an individual or as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The IMC is a 200 beds multi-disciplinary hospital, inaugurated in 2006, that features specialty centers providing a wide range of comprehensive treatment options for different health problems. The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities that enable it to rank among the best healthcare providers in the region.

- Managing the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings and other facilities.
- Planning, budgeting and scheduling of facilities modifications, including estimate on equipment, labor, materials, and other related cost.

(MEEM) is one of Masic’s arms for Facilities services while started to give services to mother company and intended to launch to the market very soon.
The Alsubeaei family business has its origins at a trading house founded in Makkah by Mohammed Ibrahim Alsubeaei in 1933; the company had grown to be amongst the top 50 companies in Saudi Arabia. The company’s investments included financial services, real estate, agricultural (aquaculture), manufacturing, industrial and retail.

My goal is to transfer it from a department within Masic to a well-established FM company,

• Operation & Maintenance Services Management,
• Janitorial Services including Hazardous materials and waste management,
• Property and Housing management (4, 000+ residents all levels),
• Recreation & events plus Market offers to employee Management,
• Transportation and Fleet management (100 vehicle all sizes)
• Security and Safety Services,
• Pest control,

• Head of 3-division maintenance department of an industrial plant facilities consisting of:
 Production line division: Maintaining all production line equipments and machines (500+ pc's)
 Inner division: all devices and machines inside the factory buildings (warehouse, offices)
 Outer division: all devices and machines outside the factory buildings as water system, raw water system, air system, emergency electrical system, fire fighting system, sewage system, etc. Including: housing maintenance work orders of more than 500 residents.
• Perform particular number of the plant’s electrical maintenance orders, especially sophisticated ones.
• Upgrading maintenance work order system to meet today’s techniques.

• Run a 24-hours 534-acres industrial plant utilities consisting of:
 13, 800V power plant, of both electrical & mechanical sides on both normal & emergency procedures.
 Water plant containing of raw water system, R.O. water purification system and fire fighting system with a diesel operated pump as a back up.
 Sewage plant of a capacity of 8000-liters per day plant.
• Perform particular number of the plant’s electrical maintenance orders, especially sophisticated ones.
• Ability to co-ordinate cost to time to efficiency analysis.
• Usage of MAXIMO (computerized software) for maintenance department routine job.
