Responcible on Clinical Diagnostic Group for C.P’s in EMEA
-Worked as a service team leader in lab department - Abu Dhabi. (BIOMERIEUX - THERMOSCIENTIFIC).
-Follow up and covering Abu Dhabi region.
-Follow up the contracts and spare parts.
-Follow up the pending cases, do the needful support and interventions to find the best solutions and close it.
-Arrange with my team the P.P.M's for instruments during schedules.
-Doing the installations and following up the invoices and delivery notes.
-Doing services under the rules & regulations established in Abu Dhabi health institutions.
-Worked as a field service engineer in special lab division,
- BIO-RAD (LSG and CDG).
- BIOMERIEUX.
- Instrumentation Laboratory.
-Fully implement install, service, maintenance and train on a wide range of instruments.
-Introduce new technologies, products and equipment technical selling support, key field product application recommendations and other related operations.
-Involved with sales department to support the customers and find solutions to avoid any problem during the installation or with application and technical training.
-Covering and follow up the L.I.S networks for some critical care sites in big hospitals.
-Follow up the contracts and spare parts.
-Doing the P.P.M for the instruments during schedules quarterly.
-Making the pre-installation & installation for all laboratory instruments
-Doing the calibration and alignment procedures by using the certain test equipments (safety analyzer - airflow meter - IR Co2 tester - contamination tester - MANO meter).
-Works hard to reach the annual target and exceed it.
Worked in thermo - lab industries, , fabricate biomedical instruments products like safety cabinet, , laboratory sterilizer, , distilled water, , water bath, , Laboratory Incubators, , impeding stations, , hot plates, also making spare parts for it, , doing maintenance for instruments & modifying the designs & the operating methods for each model.
- I Hold a bachelor's degree in medical engineering from A.A.U in 2008/2009 - The graduation project was about the early detection of breast cancer by using acoustic microscopy ultrasound. It inspired experiments more accurate and safe than other scan techniques.
