• Supervising and execute civil works like steel reinforcement,
concrete, block work, plastering, screed, metal False ceiling,
proclaim wall tile mechanical fixing, Wood cladding, Installation of
Gypsum dry wall, Glass partition, Marbles, paint & other finishing
works like of Parking area like Curb stone, Interlock Ramp
preparation, Epoxy paint for floor, Parking lines, Signage, Gate
barrier, Expansion joints
• Attended all necessary inspections as identified in the approved
Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)
• Preparing RFI (Request for Inspection) for all civil activities like
block work, plaster, screed, Porcelain wall Tile, Paint, False
ceiling ETC
• Coordinating with construction engineers and PMT (Project
Management Team) Project Inspection Department (PID) for
inspection of each activity for client approval
• Lead quality non-conformance analysis to the root cause &
follow-up for completion with the team
• Ensure immediate corrective action is done and long-term
solutions are put in place
• Review and thoroughly understand design drawings and
specifications
• Preparing the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Report
• Getting approval of work done at site from consultant
• Coordinate and supervise foremen for work
• Equipment, labor deployment and material usage on a day-to-day
basis
• Incoming inspection of material delivered to site
• Review and make recommendations to senior engineer of all
Shop Drawings and quantities for accuracy
• Maintains all the Codes, Standard & Procedure of the
Government authorities
• Reports to Senior Engineer site related issues (Daily submittals,
inspection requests, Quality Safety, Progress, Resources, Risk,
Material, and equipments delivered to site)

• Conduct construction supervision, inspecting architectural elements to ensure alignment with approved designs and quality standards
• Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams.
