Watch the Construction for Conformance with Plans and Specifications.
Hold Project Progress Meetings with Contractor, suppliers & supervision.
Review and approve Shop Drawings, Materials, Equipment Submittals.
Review and approve Variation Orders
Make sure Inspections are performed
Make sure Contractor has necessary permits
Co-ordination between Architecture, Structure and all Services.
Co-ordination between all Sub-Contractors.
Review and approve the Checklists and Daily Reports.
Evaluate the Monthly Payments for Contractors.
- Site preparation.
- Excavation, demolition and shoring works.
- Reinforced concrete works and precast application. •
- Finishing works including masonry, plastering, tiling and Landscaping.
- Executing the works according to shop drawings.
- Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site/facilities in order to meet deadlines.
- Control subcontractor’s quantities & payments
- Coordinate site works with consultants.
