Also responsible for looking after Sido’s internal computer network for basic issues; troubleshooting and providing solutions to basic networking problems.
Planning, developing, deploying, testing and optimizing network and system services; responsible for configuration management and overall operational readiness of network systems and providing troubleshooting and fault-finding services for network problems.

Experience in working with the VoIP Relational Database Management Systems handling sensitive customer information and reporting to the management.
Preparing and maintaining procedures and related documentation.
