 Working in VoIP environment providing services in Accounts and Billing department, coordinating directly with the customers and reporting to the management.
 Excellent skills in troubleshooting and providing solutions for all billing disputes; coordinating with business partners, esp. their technical teams for problem-solving purposes as and when required.
 Gathering data and creating reports from two soft-switches (XIPX and Nextone) such as:
 Weekly/Monthly/Daily invoicing creation and maintenance
 Rates verficiation
 A-to-Z P&L
 Company bank account maintenance
 Cost analysis
 Accounts receivebles aging
 Prepare and maintain company accounts for external auditors
 Creating and maintaining company expenses reports
 Reconciliaiton of vendor invoices.
 Also responsible for looking after Sido’s internal computer network for basic issues; troubleshooting and providing solutions to basic networking problems.
 Planning, developing, deploying, testing and optimizing network and system services; responsible for configuration management and overall operational readiness of network systems and providing troubleshooting and fault-finding services for network problems.
 Deploying, testing and optimizing simple network and system services and providing troubleshooting and fault-finding services for basic network problems.
 Experience in working with the VoIP Relational Database Management Systems handling sensitive customer information and reporting to the management.
 Preparing and maintaining procedures and related documentation.
 Comprehensive knowledge of LAN, WAN, network components (CISCO devices, Ethernet switches, routers, bridges, gateways, firewalls, etc.).
 Noticing hindrances and suggesting technical methodologies to make routine works faster and more efficient, within and outside department.
 Ensuring that all equipment incorporate the latest developments and industry trends under the given cost constraints. Managing and suggesting future enhancements to the current hardware & software systems and taking up, managing and finishing full cycle projects for this purpose.
 Carefully monitoring network traffic through standard parameters to ensure efficient distribution of minutes and network resources and maximum uptime of the network.
 Giving extensive training using PowerPoint presentations to junior members, colleagues or individuals with varying levels of technical and business expertise and knowledge.
 Collaboration with other departments within the company to ensure that resources are utilized efficiently and routine tasks go in line with the policy most beneficial to the company.
